  • Financial Services Analyst

    We are seeking a well-organized and meticulous Financial & Insurance Services Analyst to provide critical support to our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations, assisting with client communication, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, enjoys working within a team and has experience in either financial, insurance services or a related field.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Administrative & Office Support Background
    • Prepare, upload, and maintain client records, reports, and documentation in compliance with our CRM system and industry regulations.
    • Assist with reports, presentations and client trades and sales.
    • Providing an exceptional level of client service and execution of tasks.
    • Assisting clients with documents & applications within the insurance and financial services arena.
    • Follow-up on pending requests from clients and advisors as needed.
    • Ensure all client data is accurately entered and maintained in our CRM and financial software.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial or insurance services, banking, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, PowerPoint) and experience with financial CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Smartoffice, Redtail, or other industry-specific platforms).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
    • History of producing accurate results and upholding quality standards.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Very meticulous and passionate of getting data inputted correct.
    • Upholds the company's values.
    • An individual who is structured and enjoys checking things off a To Do list.
    • Knowledge in financial/investments, or insurance industries.
